Blue Chip Realty was founded in 2022 by Giorgio Vasilis and Joseph Allegro, two seasoned commercial real estate agents with deep expertise in on- and off-market transactions, property ownership, investment packaging, and financial markets.

Giorgio Vasilis has built a strong client base through hundreds of profitable off-market transactions, establishing himself as one of New Jersey’s top brokers. Since 2021, he has focused on expanding his own investment portfolio, now aiming to apply his transaction skills to grow Blue Chip Realty’s holdings and create value for clients.

Joseph Allegro spent 15 years trading Equities and Derivatives on Wall Street with Goldman Sachs, where he honed his financial modeling and investment expertise. Since 2010, he has shifted to commercial real estate, amassing around 300 apartments, commercial units, and industrial land. His combined property management skills and market insight have driven significant returns across his investments.
